We will come up with a budget and an estimate for your project. 50% of the estimate is due to get started and the final 50% is due when the digital designs are complete.

1. I assert that I am either the copyright holder for the enclosed photos or digital files or I have the legal right to have them reproduced. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Photo Book Memories from any legal actions brought against it in connection with the services performed for me.
2. I understand that for full bleed prints my pages will be trimmed 1/8” on 3 sides.
